01.What types of IP Speakers does VNETPA offer?

VNETPA offers a range of IP Speaker models to suit different environments, including Column, Horn, Ceiling-mounted, and Wall-mounted designs, ideal for indoor announcements, outdoor paging, industrial sites, and public spaces.

02.What network protocols do VNETPA IP Speakers support? Are they compatible with third-party SIP systems?

VNETPA IP Speakers support standard network protocols including SIP, HTTP, HTTPS, IPv4, TLS, RTSP, RTP, RTCP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, TCP, UDP, IGMP, ICMP, and ARP.
They fully comply with the standard SIP protocol and are compatible with most SIP-based platforms and devices, such as Yeastar, Yealink, Asterisk, 3CX, and other VoIP PBX.

03.What interfaces are available on VNETPA IP Speakers?

The tail cable assembly includes DC power input, PoE (Power over Ethernet) support, Alarm In, and Reset Button interfaces, providing flexible connectivity for power, emergency triggering, and system integration.

04.How do I trigger an alarm announcement from the IP Speaker?

To activate an alarm, simply short-circuit the Alarm In terminals. This will trigger the preconfigured action in the web interface (e.g., play a specific audio file or live broadcast), based on your alarm settings.

05.How can I adjust the speaker volume? Is there a remote control?

Volume can be adjusted through the web interface under Audio > Volume, or remotely via HTTP API/CGI commands.

06.What is the default username and password for the web interface?

The default WEB login user name is "admin", password is "tm1234".

 

 

PA System Pro FAQ

 

 

01.How many devices can VNET PA System Pro manage?

VNET PA System Pro can manage up to 1,000 devices simultaneously, making it suitable for large-scale deployments across campuses, factories, transportation hubs, and smart cities.

02.Is a license key required to use VNET PA System Pro?

Yes. The software includes a free 1-month trial period. After the trial expires, you'll need to provide the machine code from your installation to VNETPA. We will then issue a one-time purchase, lifetime-valid license key to activate full functionality.

03.Can I organize devices into zones or groups?

Yes. VNET PA System Pro supports zone-based management. You can create multiple zones, assign registered SIP audio devices (such as IP speakers or intercoms) to each zone, and broadcast announcements or make live calls to specific zones. Devices can be added or removed from zones at any time.

04.Can my SIP phone register with VNET PA System Pro?

Yes. Standard SIP phones can register directly with VNET PA System Pro. Once registered, users can dial and communicate with any other device  managed by the system.

05.Can multiple users manage the system from different computers?

Yes. PA System Pro supports both Server and Client modes. The Server runs on the main PC, while other computers can install the Client to connect to the Server for management. Different user permission levels can also be configured.
